The Training Facilitator did a great job to explain the course outline and helped us to get a grasp on how to approach the material. She allowed us to ask questions and assisted us in better understanding and learning about the relevant areas related to litigation and collections.
Lobisa is an amazing trainer who really enhanced the experience with her expertise, kindness, openness to sharing, and she has a charming approach to engage with the learners. She is incredibly patient and passionate about each and every learner. This was a really great course.
